strange error - double header

this is my first elgg install and in the midst of installing a few plugins i ran accross this weird error. The header appears twice - ive tried disabling different pluginsi added to the site but that doesnt seem to work... heres a link to the screenshot

try moving theme plugin to bottom and type http://www.jerrykimbrell.com/upgrade.php
