Hope the title explains it all. I have a series of group with content visibility is member only.

From time to time I have group based blog that would be beneficial been readable publicly without.
I changed the blog permission to no avail.

Any advise on the portion of the code that I need to temper with in order to achieve my need?

I'm pretty new with elgg, and I am using v3.0.2
