For Elgg 3.0

Can anyone share the code that can be used for elgg_list_river to show only Friends combined with Groups (the user is member of) Activity?

Is there code for 2.0?

Right now, I have no idea except this:

    'types' => ['group', 'user'],
    'relationships' => ['member', 'friend'],
    'relationship_guid' => elgg_get_logged_in_user_guid(),
    'inverse_relationship' => false,
];

echo  elgg_list_river($options);
