I do not know which version you are using; however, in Elgg 3.0.0, the string "likes:delete" is present in
mod/likes/actions/likes/delete.php, line 28
and this corresponds to "Your like has been removed" in language files.

You can right click on the popup, select "Inspect Element" and find the html element of the popup.. then you can easily identify the css class name from the element. Now go to Elgg github repo and search the class name. You will find the file.
I know RvR has given you the file. Use the above mentioned technique if you need to modify the css in future.
