Who can help me with my following problems:

I have just started a site called www.vakantie-spot.nl , and i need someone to help me with the design of this site and with the install of some plugins like dutch translation and video upload f.e.

It doesn't need fancy webdesign but it needs the simple webdesign to pimp up my elgg :), Like a few page with home, contact, about us . That kind of things.

Vakantie-spot is a community site for vacation stories , blogs and video messages. And to all these plugins give me problems after upload. So I need help very bad...
