Hi, i'm trying out the 3.0 rc1 release. running into a little issue with a missing dependency.

My ElggBook_Pro is complaining about missing 'custom_index.

Now i can see it in the /mod directory.. but i cant see it in my admin->settings->plugin.. 

So how to i turn it on?
