I made a little progress, the user's page can display the all activities, with full view of content, using Blog Tools & Time Theme. I tried every plugins I know to test. There is still something I want to change, the home page display a list of blog and full view of content, the blog come from groups, not users. Is there plugins can do this?

Custom index aka Front Page Demo bundled plugin do it. But I'm not sure how it will work with your custom theme (Time Theme). Anyway, you can hire someone.
