spam check plugin ignore certain users

Hello, I am using spam check plugin https://elgg.org/plugins/1650435 in elgg 2.3.3 and I am wondering if there is anything I can input somewhere that would make it ignore certain users by name or email address. I use a VPN quite frequently and it finds me to be a spammer because of the ip address. I would like it to ignore me by email address or something but still block that ip address for others.

You must log in to post replies.As I wrote the plugin, I should be able to answer this question :-) I currently have no spamming issue with my sites running 2.3.3 but I have built in a way to whitelist users. If you run the spam check and users are listed it should be possible to check a user and whitlist them so they won't turn up again.
