Hi, I have a problem with a plugin - I cannot activate it as it has been incorrectly installed.
In brief: I had this plugin working fine but I wanted to re-install it from scratch so:
1. I deactivated it in Admin Tools
2. I removed its files from mod directory
3. I copied a new, fresh version of plugin's files into mod directrory - but that's when I made a mistale - instead of copying the files into /mod/pluginname dir I copied them into /mod/pluginname/pluginname dir; I did not notice the mistake, instead I proceeded with this:
4. I went to the Admin Tools page (without relogging in) and I clicked 'activate' plugin - activation seemed to be successful (although I should have logged out and logged back in - if I did so, I think Elgg would see that plugin is not installed correctly and would not even list it out)
5. now, whenever I open Admin Tools page, I am getting the message "plugin <pluginname> has been deactivated successfully". The status of the plugin is "inactive". And Plugin itself seems to be still working (eventhough it is formally inactive).
What can I do to fix that? Any advices?
Thanks,
Sneer
