technical issue

we have a serious problem, we produced a social networking platform using elgg. now we are facing the biggest challenge, the site only can show very well on the administrator laptop. apart from that its not showing on any other laptop, computer or phone at all. what could be the problem?

umojaapp.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
But only the administrator laptop when tried to login it wd access the site very well. all the other subscribers else where failed to access it
Seems, today is a bad day for many websites :(
Elgg.org was first ... some of our sites are not available yet ...
