Tools Admin Page completely Broken, Need Help ASAP

Tools Admin page completely broken just upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 by overwriting files with new version. Have backup of 1.5 database and 1.5 Files. Already ran upgrade.php, any ideas on problem? I need this fixed asap, thank you for your help, I appreciate it :)

Ok It's still happening and now my phpFreeChat for Elgg plugin is NOT WORKING! What is going on!? Elgg 1.6 seems to have some probs.... any ideas, plz help!
This is a known bug that involves simple cache and the profile plugin (sorta).
Also, any plugin that overwrites the page_elements/header view will not be compatible with 1.6 because of jquery upgrades...
so would the solution be to update plugins with new page_elements/header?

page_elements/header would be where the JS stuff is... ;-O
need to watch the Elgg vers && jquery vers.. ;-)
@Zak, you could do it that way, but the best solution is to not override them at all. If you have, I'm curious as to why you needed to? From looking at the header.php I can't see a good reason to override it ever, but I could be missing something obvious...
