ERROR IN FILE: There was an error uploading the file

Good Morning, I need to upload a file but these file is more heavy and ELGG sample the error "There was an error uploading the file". I'm change the: php_value memory_limit and php_value post_max_size
in the file .htaccess bat don´t change nothing. Please helpme.

upload_max_filesize in .htaccess large enough, too?
