Elgg themes with responsive design that displays menu "buttons" and "links" on the top and/or bottom of a phone's screen?

Are there any Elgg themes that when used from a phone, display menu "buttons", "links", etc. on both the top and bottom of the screen, similar to the Facebook mobile app?
Or that offer options for placing menu "buttons" at the top oif the screen, in addition to the hamburger menu?
ex.
"Left: Facebook’s old hamburger button navigation. Right: The new tab bar style"
"Facebook has more features than it can fit in five buttons along the bottom, so it still uses the last tab bar space to house a “More” hamburger revealing your profile, events, groups, and more."

Can certainly be done though
A few weeks ago, I included a new Facebook tab bar style top and bottom on the new version of Facebook timeline theme for elgg 2.x. I have not released the new version on community yet because I was having final exams and I am still having a few parts on the theme left to be finished. Hope to finish it by tge end of this week.
