Hello, I would like to Change the URL of my Elgg Installation.
Current URL: http://www.honey-bees.de
Future URL: http:///www.imkergruppen.de
What do I have exactly to do?
Best regards
Kai

You must log in to post replies.http://learn.elgg.org/en/2.0/admin/duplicate-installation.html
If you are only changing the site URL:
http://learn.elgg.org/en/2.0/admin/duplicate-installation.html#change-the-site-url
Or change the site URL via Admin Settings page.
Otherwise, you need to follow the duplicate installation process.
Hello, thank You.
@RJ (Arvixe) I have done it, but now I get an error:
What is wrong?
Best regards
Kai
Hello, everything is okay; I have forgotten to set the right php version.
Thank You for helping
Kai
PS: Another question: Do I have to change also the installation path, data path and filstore directory?
There is another problem: I cannot see the http://www.imkergruppen.de/file/all. Also there are no pictures in the overview.
Thank You
Kai
Could someone please move this discussion out of Professional Services. I keep getting notifications about it.

If you haven't changed the path to the Elgg directory or data directory on the server, you don't need to make any changes for these entries.
But you might need to flush the Elgg site cache after the change of the site url as the old url might still be within the cached pages at the moment.
