Admins often need a private area to discuss users and/or content. If an admin sends a message (s)he should be able to check a box to have that conversation added to the meta page. An API could collect info on automated actions (eg banning) and content being reported by other users as inappropriate.

I suppose the simplest implementation would be a hidden admin-only group with an object for each "incident" tied by relationship to the user. Then on user profiles, admins would get a little stream of incedents for that user.

Is there anything like this already in development?
