I wonder if there is any plugin for RTL languages please?

RTL does not mean the whole site or its layout change in to right to left, RTL means whenever we type Arabic or Persian in the editor it should fetch automatically and start writing from the right side and after making the post also it should show from right to left in the wire.

If there is no such plugin, would appreciate if experts can create one plugin for this RTL languages support? 

I made one for my other site which was based on Ajax, I made it by using the simple jQuery codes but I have no idea how I can implement that on elgg :(
