Material Design for Elgg

Well, I recently made a theme for Elgg and I wanted some help in converting the home (activity) page entirely.
I need some assistance in making an admin panel for my plugin to make it more or less, bootstrap-y.

Then if you want to replace the entire activity page you can register a new pagehandler for activity and control the output from the pagehandler.
