Installing 2.0 nothing happening

I have 2.0 on my website, have dbase ready to go, elgg 2.0 loaded into public_html and nothing doing. I can't find any lit or docs on what to do next.

Are your using the 2.0 branch from github? I was having the same problem in the github version.
Download Elgg from here: https://elgg.org/getelgg.php?forward=elgg-2.0.0-rc.2.zip
Note: Elgg 2.0.0-rc.2 is available for early testers. Do not use this version in production.
