I'm still in the "can Elgg handle this" phase.  I believe it can with a variety of changes that are probably obvious to an Elgg-aware developer.  Once the proof of concept is done, I would then like to continue developing "significantly new" mods that are farther off the beaten path.

I could really appreciate someone who could work with my tight budget constraints until the prototype is done, so I can perhaps raise some funds to continue with the cool stuff?
