Lost our ability to show Avatars?

Any Help
Avatars uploaded and previewed perfectly and then they became broken.
Not sure what happened where or where to look, correct, etc.
Anybody have an Idea before I start over and load everything from the beginning. Don't want to lose members and postings already present on the system.

There must have been something changed. Upgraded Elgg, upgraded a plugin, added a new plugin, moved to another server or moved on the same server?
Yes, it must have been, but I didn't notice when it accured.
I have this one error and I don;t know how to find it:

I resolved all other errors and eliminated the causes, but I really need the avatars and its driving me Crazy. Any suggestions? Please.
