Footer, elgg 1.10

Hello, I am a beginner in using elgg and I needed some help. How do you change the footer details to what you want from 'Powered by elgg?' The solution provided in most forums applies to elgg 1.8 going down, since the code has been trimmed down. I can't even locate where the footer has been allocated the 'Powered by elgg.'
Any help is appreciated.

here is plugin simply download and give name whatever you want ,its for 1.8 but will work on latest elgg version too :)
