That url shouldn't be https
I tried http:// and it forwards me to https://
I get the same thing for learn.elgg.org
if I click the I'll take my chances button on Chrome reference.elgg.org forwards me to the community front page
I don't get forwarded to https. Someone else reported this too though. I've emailed Brett, hopefully we can just have everything on https and be done with it.
It's been giving trouble for the last couple of days. Thanks Matt
Aye could do with a fix for this, trying to find out how to upgrade from 1.9.8 to 1.10
But all i get is
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to learn.elgg.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.
learn.elgg.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.readthedocs.org, readthedocs.org (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
Looks like browsers get a little over excited about HSTS. I'll try to look into migrating everything over to HTTPS tonight.
Until then, @vextah - You can access the docs at https://elgg.readthedocs.org/en/1.10/
Thanks Brett :)
