Accounting is not really what this does. It seems like a derivative of a GroupOn concept where you purchase vouchers that you can exchange for goods and services with a vendor.
You need to expand on what you are trying to achieve if you want anyone to take on this project. Can't tell if you need a plugi. That keeps track of user balance, or allows vendors to sell their services, or allows site owners to list services that can be exchanges for money, or if you are introducing some virtual currency. Be more specific.

But not only this. Olso a market where we could use this currency. By clicking on a product price the transaction will be cerried out automatically.

Paper vouchers (cash) will have a serial number which corresponds to an exect time of emission and signature. Once registered by someone (increasing his balance) it should be kept as a document till the end of the year. By producing a voucher the emitent increases his obligations on the balance.

Our currency name is Zoins. From published up about it in this totem:

Zoins is an amount of your points/units/awards for your actions creating content.

You can earning Zoins with your creativity, or awarding Zoins by others.

It works with another item - swaps, a tool for groups.

Any member can suggest idea, or ask/request some content from other members of group.

Each swap is paid Zoins. Other members can participate also by making their Zoins.

So, when i finish my contract on the ship (in november), i wanna try to launch my social network with similar plug-in. And i am ready to invest some $ for this.
