Need suggestion for developing 'Share' plugin which similar to famous social networking site.

I have tried 'Share' plugin which is available in here, but I need little bit different than usual 'Annotations'.

Known Problem: 

1. Like and Comments also linked.

2. Top level entity reference added, that makes difficult with other plugins when getting post into activity.

All ideas are welcome! Thanks in advance.
