In the crunches to release 1.9 and 1.10 I had several pull requests go stale and many of them I've rebased multiple times due to them not getting reviewed, so I'm here to formally beg. Please give these a look so I can keep them moving along or retire them if there are big objections:

• perf(entities): auto-joins subtables in ege() calls - this is an optimization we've talked about a while and it finally looks easy enough to do it.
• perf(entities): adds preload_containers option to elgg_get_entities - like preloading owners, this is sometimes handy, particularly for the all discussions listing.
• feature(navigation): add hook to filter breadcrumbs - this allows a plugin to filter all breadcrumbs and to replace Elgg's excerpt behavior if desired.
