Sorry if my paraphrasing is confusing, but I was playing with settings on the backend, and set it to not allow the site to be viewed by users not logged in.
I am using the social connect plugin, and now when I click to login with Facebook, it opens a another login window with the error "You must be logged in to view the requested page".
I'm hoping someone can help me with what I need to change this setting in the database so I can get back in.
Thanks in advance.

Inform the plugin author that the plugin should be using the [public_pages, walled_garden] hook to tell Elgg that the Facebook's login page is public.
Thanks, that took care of the problem for me. As for the plugin, it is Social Login 1.14, which seems not to have been updated for a while.
