[ELGG 1.9] Set a HTML/PHP page as the home page

Hi !
I'm looking for a plugin or an other solution about this problem :
I would like to set up a new custom HTML/PHP page like if It was the home page. Indeed, at this time, my home page is named "/activity". So my visitor are redirected automatically on the wire when they reached my website. I would like to call an other page like "welcome.php" for exemple. It 's to set up a first page like I want with a welcome message for users registered or not.
Do you know a plugin or something else ?

Also there is a bundled plugin called "Front Page Demo" in Elgg 1.9 that can be used as an example.
Try plugins or else try php redirect code..it will work
