HEllo Friends,

                         I want that Blog created only by admin , or "Groups" will create only by admin.

How we can apply such restriction in any plugin?

As well as if admin allow , that particular user can create blog also , then that particular user can create blog also ( not other users ).

How it can achived.

Please help me.
