Hi all

Regarding the starting of a new 6 months project based on Elgg, i'm looking for information regarding the maturity of the Elgg 1.9. 

Is v. 1.9 mature enough to start a new project? Or better to dev new plugins for v.1.8 and migrate them later, in a couple of months???
