Forget it...i prefer to have a forum  in elgg then this useless client.

I have decided that I will be looking into developing a desktop client because I have a bit of spare time and I think it could help a lot of people/websites.

For those interested in an elgg client I have decided to opt for .net initially and I will then port this over to Adobe Air at a later date. All future updates will be provided at http://www.socialadmin.co.cc/pg/groups/40/elgg-desktop-client-development/

but .net won't be crossplatform?

for me crossplatform would be a main feature because i use elgg with people working on mac, linux and win
