I have a Elgg site for world Cuban people, but from Cuba can not be accessed by the government proxy limitations. They see home page but can not access to the euphoria registration menu. It's also advisable to make the website with lighter load for slow Cuba internet speed

Had thought to make a subdomain with another elgg basic installation cuba.mywebpage.net like mobile subdomains with the same database and backup files of the principal, but I tried and elgg_sites_entity DB field get error when I try.

make installing Elgg on subdomain from the beginning with install.php?
