For eveyone information Elgg Developers are working on Elgg 1.9, Elgg 1.8.X Elgg 1.7.x and that is enough.

This depends on CSS you can edit css in views/default/css

@Arsalan - That information is not correct. We're working on 1.9 and 1.8, but 1.7 is no longer supported.
