I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction with this. When I click on the "Tools" drop-down in the Elgg toolbar, the drop down is going behind ny menu bar.

I actually realized that it's also happening on this site. You cannot access the content of "Tools" because as soon as you  mouse over the elgg logo above, for example, the drop-down retracts.
