arrowchat 1.7 & 1.6 works well with elgg 1.8.16 but the bar doesn't appear in1.9.0-dev only, can you tell me what is the different between the old elgg versions and elgg 1.9

That's a non-trivial question with an answer that really wouldn't be helpful to you if you're not a programmer.

Did you follow the arrowchat instructions? You need to talk with Arrowchat support to solve that issue.

@Abanoub I've done Arrowchat installation before, and never face that issue. They probably know the solution to that problem.

yes me too no problem in elgg 1.8.16 but not elgg 1.9.Did you do it in elgg 1.9-dev
