Is there a way to have a widget for the Wire on the front of my ELGG page?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a widget that can integrate the Wire so people can post statuses, etc. on the front page of ELGG, similar to Facebook's status box. Additionally, is there a widget that updates the most recent Wire statuses? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks
