Do so that the default access policy for blog and group discution are the same as the group access policy.
In private groups. I want the default access for new blog and discution are private.

You must log in to post replies.In Elgg 1.9 we will be adding a setting that allows group owner to force all group content to be available only to the members of the group.
For Elgg 1.8 it would be possible to create a plugin that removes desired access options from the access dropdown field.
Try group_ux (by Matt Beckett) - it allows group admins to set default access level for posts within the group, including (I think by default) to set it only for the group.
