I think it would be nice if you could have a plugin that would allow users to change their account from a basic account to a Plus Account meaning in the plus account you would be able to see who viewed you, Be able to view someones profile while being invisable and so on, Is this possible. :) Also I'm looking for a ask me plugin like how meetme.com has the type of plugin I need for the first request is like when you sign up for an account with meetme.com you get a basic account but they allow you to upgrade to a meetme+ account that allows you to show you who viewed your account and so on. :)

profile manmager, users can block other users on elgg if you want some custom plugins go to the professional services group and get what ever you need : ) please release any plugins you get made to elgg!
For your first question regarding a "premium plugin" I can't help you. There are a few available (mostly commercial on other sites) but I don't know what exactly they can do. You might want to do a Google search to find the premium account on other sites and ask their developers about them.
