how to change theme?

Actually, I've upload to mod folder & activated in tool admin & also put this theme at the bottom,
but the theme not change.. how to fix this?

cookies deleted,cache & all privates data delted.
but same problem.. any idea how to fix this?
Also try in opera,IE7,IE8,firefox,chrome & safari

Disable the theme, then enable it again.
Go to admin>>site admin>>untick 'use simple cache'>>save>>tick 'use simple cache again>>save.
See if this works.

What's the theme, kaixer? Check whether it's compatible with your Elgg version (although I think it wouldn't have appeared under Tool Admin if it were incompatible).
