This is where I need help. I have no actual program, development knowledge I need someone to assist me. I've been paying someone to create my website for me.
I believe there is a responsive design that you could implement on your elgg site this will also for a mobile friendly elgg implelmentation. I have used this theme with great results:

This is a great starting point for the basic respoive structure and I'm assuming that you need a developer to modify this theme to the relevant look and feel of your website?
