how to delete users

I don't know where I can find the right place for USER. I am not developer. Every where is developer place.
I installed an elgg site and many people already registerd. If someone validate their account I can't delete or edit any user account with my admin account. this is really basic work for administrator to add - delete or change user. Did I miss something.
- Searching of filter registration. Do you have any suggestion ? I close the registration untill I found it otherwise in few days, my new website will be totaly spammed.

When you hover your mouse on top of a user's picture an icon appears. Click it and you see a menu that has the link "Delete".
If you navigate to a user's profile page while logged in as admin, you should see the menu entry "Admin options..." below the user's profile image among the other menu links. Clicking on the "Admin options..." link will open up the admin options like deleting / banning the account and you can also edit the user's profile and settings.
Thank you ! It works well, I didn't see it at first. Sorry for the dupplicate question. Where is the best place for such basics question ? here it is technical seems advanced user group. I am looking for just normal user. Just basic how to.
