Restrict certain users from adding files
using profile manager and roles and moderator roles plugin can i restrict students from adding files and only teachers can add file to the site? would love some feed back thank you : )

Profile manager and roles for profile manager plugins will do just that but the roles for profile manager plugin does not have a user friendly interface. You will have to get in there and code.

Yes I am the same. I was looking at the roles for PM plugin for a similar thing. There is good instructions and you will get help on here but it looks like it will take a lot of patience/time. Looks like it will be worth it though.
we try lol best option now is to give teachers or certain users rights to add files but still how do we restrict users from adding files lol confusing, can you give me the link to instructions please : )
