I'm trying to display elgg (on localhost) on my smartphone. 

I modified the voice in the administration panel The site URL: from: http://localhost/elgg-1.8.16/ to http://192.168.1.104/elgg-1.8.16/ but when I try to log in with my smartphone I get the error "FORBIDDEN" "You don't have permission to access / on this server"
