Hi all, I was wondering whether it is possible to use the upload feature for FAQ plugin or Pages to enable the embedding of an image or file without it showing up as an uploaded file by the admin in the "Files".

So a feature where files are being uploaded (by admins) solely meant for Elgg items as 'system' files accessible for admins for use in FAQ or other Elgg items and where the admin can choose what user types are able to see but never as uploaded files by admin. At this moment I haven't been able to figure it out if possible at all.

If there's a way to achieve this I would be much obliged.
