When I use flash upload and upload photo there is an error as the image above...

I'm using elgg 1.8.8, tidypics 1.8. I tried to change my PHP version from 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and also add this code to the .htaccess file but nothing changes:

        SecFilterEngine Off
        SecFilterScanPOST Off

Anyone can help me, please?!
