[05-Jul-2013 07:22:00 America/Chicago] Exception #1373026920: exception 'NotificationException' with message 'Missing a required parameter, 'to'' in /home/fireisla/public_html/engine/lib/notification.php:306
I've never edited this file, but obviously a plugin overrides it...
What can I do to fix it?
I found problem. (I think)
Well, everytime i encountered errors due to plugin I just deleted the plugin from my mod folder.. since elgg will automatically deactivate it if it cannot find it.
@Speedysnail6 , may be anyplugin causing this problem and the fetal error that elgg shows is really wrong, check apache log, or deactivate the plugins and try again.
I fixed this... it was Spam Login FIlter
