Hi All,
New to working on themes with elgg.
Does anyone know of a bare bones theme that you can use as a starting point for development.
For example with Wordpress, there is a theme called starkers which is a bare bone basic theme you can develop. Is there something similar for elgg? Or is there a free theme that any of you would recommend as a good starting point?
Thanks,
Asha

You must log in to post replies.Bumping this. A reset template for Elgg would be a really great thing - the default template is not vanilla, and it'd be handy to have something basic that you could build on top of. If one legitimately doesn't exist for 1.8x, that'd be good to know - and I'll consider it a project.
I'm not aware of one, and it would probably be an excellent thing to have around
I agree it would be a good idea.
Anyone making any progress on this?
You still considering doing this Ben?

@jeeditor i am ready for this!!
@Pranjal so am I! Will we ever see one?
Pawel has one on github; Srokap Bootstrap
It's basic, basic, basic so don't expect anything then just a bare bone theme using Bootstrap.
