Hi,
I recently installed elgg 1.8.14 on my server and when trying to configure it and install the profile_manager plugin I got an error saying the profile plugin is not loaded? what could be the cause for it?

I do not have it on my plugins list...
Could this be a DB error caused by the fact that the initial elgg installation was 1.7.9?
It could be. Did you follow the instructions to upgrade to 1.8? You have to run upgrade.php to generate the plugin list.
OK I followed the instructions but did not saw anything about upgrade.php could you give me a link for the proper instructions?

OK I just ran the upgrade.php file and that's solved the problem, I have no idea how did I managed to miss it in the instruction file. sorry for wasting your time :)
Thanks a lot!
