Disable stuff from getting posted on river activity

Ok i notice every little thing gets posted to the activity, I.E meber just changed avatar, meber just uploaded file, meber became friends and so on. this is really anoying and makes the activity look untidy.
Is there a way of stopping this or a plugin that does etc.

You must log in to post replies.there is a way, but it depends on what you want stopped. each item is normally controlled individually.
You can use the plugin hooks for this in your own plugin. It will allow you to controll all the river entries from a common place. Its discussed multiple times before. Just search the community..
