NC - NT Need developer for Theme and plugin

Hi, I need a developer that can create a theme based on http://community.elgg.org/plugins/912720/2.1.1/my-ultimate-cool-theme that includes ajax posting for both status and comments including autoload new comments at the end of the page.
The Theme also need to be responsive for display on mobile, talets and web based on Bootstrap.
