mass mail members and opt out?

How do I mass mail members with the option to opt-out? Im aware heres a plugin to do thisbbut it doesnt include the opt out feature which is necessecary to keep things legal.

You must log in to post replies.i recommend to update the mass mailer plugin to include a notification setting option and link back to that page.. some of the notification plugins do this.. i'm sure someone else can direct as to exactly where to look - or you can do the search. i would help as i am interested in that add-on too, however, i have too many other issues to resolve presently.
